1 INCOSE Member on 31 December 2014.
2 Senior/Student status must be pre-approved by INCOSE Administrative Office.
3 INCOSE Member who joins via www.incose.org, between 1 January 2015 and the day of the symposium registration.
4 Members of the affiliated organizations PMI & ISSS (Intl Systems Safety Society).
5 Student status: students qualify if they are undergraduate, master's or graduate Student and if their course load is at least 3/4 of full time in an engineering or related field. (For example, if the full-time student course load is 4 per semester, then the student must be enrolled in 3 or more courses in order to qualify for the student rate.)

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Symposium Registration
Includes all Technical Sessions, Admission to Exhibits, Proceedings, Conference bag, Symposium lunches & breaks, Receptions, Banquet (Students do NOT receive Banquet). Tutorials are NOT included.

Day Registration
Includes Technical Sessions, Lunches & Breaks, Admission to Exhibits for the Selected Day(s), Proceedings, Conference bag. Tickets are available for purchase for Tutorials, Receptions and Banquet, which are NOT included.

Guest Registration
Persons attending the symposium with a Guest should remember to register for Guest Lunch if they will join the lunches, and for any other social event individually - this helps us plan the food and beverage, and on-site sales will be limited.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A written request for cancellation must be received by 19 June 2015

No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 19 June 2015 or in the case of registrant no-shows. Substitutions are allowed for no extra fee if the substitute is an INCOSE member, but will require an additional charge if he/she is not (please send an e-mail to Symposium_registration@askintlconference.com with request for the substitution).
