To participate in any CSER 2026 activity, you must register for one of the Admission Items listed below. Attendees are expected to review and follow the Events Code of Conduct when participating in an INCOSE event.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your registration until 20 March 2026. Cancellations received by this date will be subject to the following cancellation processing fee based on registration type:

  1. Conference Attendee: $50.00 USD
  2. Student: $50.00 USD
  3. Government, Academia, Non-profit & Senior: $50.00 USD

There will be no refunds for cancellations and modifications received after 20 March 2026.

All cancellation refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

Please remember that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel and travel arrangements. Individual attendees are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations. Please reference your hotel and travel confirmations for their specific refund and cancellation policies.

Substitutions  
Substitutions are allowed at no extra cost if the substitute is an equivalent registration type (e.g., INCOSE member for an INCOSE member), but will require an additional charge if he/she is not an equivalent registration type. Please send an email to events@incose.net with the name and e-mail address of the substitute.
